Bluestone Development's specializes in innovative urban developments. The new row-house and loft neighborhood south of Omaha's Old Market, was a project that David Day and Associates handled from start to finish. It was the first row-house neighborhood in Omaha within the arts and entertainment district. We worked on not only the naming, branding, ads, signage and website (which happened to win a Webby award!) but also the sales materials that enabled Bluestone to promote and sell through the first phase build - which was beyond expectations.
